Captain Cal is a licensed Merchant Marine Captain, having passed his 100 ton exam.  He has had experience as a charter captain in the Gulf of Mexico and has guided on Lake Texoma for the past 14 years.  He has won 2 out of the last three Texas Striped Bass tournaments on the lake, coming in second only once. 
 
At our lodge you will enjoy the luxury of having the place to yourselves.  We are not a resort area, but a small residential area of the lake.  Our property looks out at the islands of Texoma.  You will also enjoy fishing from our lighted, covered boathouse when your guided trip is finished.  And, if you wish, we can arrange to have a fish fry for your group.  And for those family vacations, we have lodging available by the week.
 
We are equipped to handle multi-boat trips for corporate events.  And, all of our guides use their own boats and equipment.
